Exhilarating show by Giuseppe Nonnis & Dasha Chesnokova
Daria (Dasha) was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine and started dancing at the age of 12. Her evident passion for dance convinced her parents to send her to a dance school. Dasha is well known for her amateur career with her former partners Valentin Chmerkovskiy and her Professional career with Stefano Di Filippo. She was three times US national champion from 2009 to 2011 respectively and champion in Pro Latin in the most prestigious competitions worldwide. Daria is also a well-known face in the American version of “Dancing with the Stars”.
Dasha’s Professional Achievements include:
- Under 21 Ukrainian champion 2006 -2008 finalist at the British open in Blackpool , International championships.
- American Latin Amateurs Champion in 2009/2011
- Finalist at the 2010/2011 WDSF World Championships
- 3rd place at the British Open in Blackpool, International Championships and at the UK Open Amateur category in 2010/2011
- Professional Latin Finalist in all major competitions around the world in 2012
- From 2015 till 2020 champion and vice champion in all World major championships
Giuseppe was born in Italy and started to dance at age of 7. He tried many other sports as a child, including football, which his father hoped he would choose, but little Giuseppe preferred something more glamorous. Giuseppe’s mum took the boy to a local dance school in Sardinia where he immediately felt at home and never stop dancing since.
Slowly the passion for dancing started growing stronger, Giuseppe began to take lessons with the best coaches and achieving first serious results. He was several times Italian Champion and Worlds Finalist in under 21.
After a few years Giuseppe turned Professional and met his life partner professional partner Daria Chesnokova.
Giuseppe and Dasha started to dance together in June 2021, they danced their first competition in Blackpool in August 2021 and become World Finalists in November 2021.
Amazing Argentine Tango showcase by Carlos Barrionuevo & Mate Valdes
Performers, Actors, Dancers, Choreographers, Storytellers. Carlos & Mayte became partners in 2007 and started working for some of the most prestigious tango shows of buenos Aires
In 2008 they relocated to United States to continue performing for different shows including the Broadway show Forever Tango, Jacobs Pillow, Vail international Dance Festival, Israel Dance festival and Evolution tango on its world premiere in Broadway are some of their highlights as a Tango Dance couple.
In 2013 starred their first short film "Nina del Tango" which received a nomination for Best Short Film after being an official selection of eleven international film festivals, including two Oscar qualifying, they both received a nomination for best actress and actor at the Silent River film festival” based in the city of Los Angeles. Carlos & Mate continued their formation on the acting held and joined Shia Laboeuf's theatre company "Slauson Rec”. The couple made TV appearances on the CBS shows "Why women kill" , "Seal Team”, "Millionaire Match Maker", "The Martha and Snoop show” Commercials including Audi, Geico, Princess Cruises, Motorola, and Hennessy as well for documentaries such as "For the love of Tango” . Through the heart of tango"; Short film "In the Ring was included at the "Cannes Film FestivalCarlos and Mayte had their directorial debut with the film "Tiempo pequeño" in 2020.
As choreographers, performers and celebrity coaches, They have worked and collaborated with top names in the industry, including Shia Laboeuf, Ricky Martin, Eva Longoria, Ditta Von Teese, Ellen Von Unwerth, Kate Hudson, Goldie Hawn, Craig Robinson, Alexandra Daddario, Finn Wittrock, Farah Diba and Hillary Clinton.
In 2022 they were featured in the documentary series "Gusty" hosted and produced by Hillary Clinton. Currently in pre production for a horror vampire film "Dog" As the lead roles
2023 European tour as the lead couple with the Broadway show Forever tango"
The couple is currently working on diverse projects both for the screen and theatre.
